What would I use to make custom Segments, Weapons, Textures, Entities, ect. I am wanting something low price that can make acceptable models? Also, what would I use to make animations like Bond1s animations? Also, how would I make a Exicution thing like Bond1s Chainsaw Brute?

Thank you for helping us help you help us all.

I use AC3D to make models...and it's reasonably priced ($80). For textures use photoshop or if you want free, then use GIMP. For animations...I dunno, 3ds max? Or Truespace or something, (truespace is free)

paint.net is good and GIMP doesn't put stuff on your pc. I use PhotoShop 5.0 with lots of plugins and it's alot easier to make textures from scratch than GIMP. Milkshape3d is the easiest and cheapest modeller and animator I've seen.
