efxMod 1.6 is no longer available to the public.

License still remains the same, except the following:
You are NOT allowed to distribute efxMod in any ways - except as part of a final game build.
Users who own the 1.6 Free Edition are still allowed to use it for their non-commercial games.

Please stop asking for it and don't even think about uploading it/providing it for other users!
