I've attached a shader that should compile under Shader Model 2.0 for ATI cards. Some compromises had to be made, since ATI do not support Shader Model 3.0, only Nvidia cards support this more powerful shader model.

Changes:
*Shader uses only one fill light instead of two
*Global illumination stripped out

Of course, these changes will make the characters less eye-popping in game for ATI users, but unfortunately there is not much I can do about that.

Could an ATI user that has Model Pack 22 confirm that this works for you?

Are you sure? My HD4850 supports up to shader model 4.1.

Visit my site http://www.fpsmodels.com for models and media for fps creator.

Yep, ATI cards will support 4 which is dx10 only, but not 3.

Totally lame I know.

Yes it is, but again, doesn't support 3.0.

ATI has chosen not to support the most powerful shader model for directx9, even on their newest dx10 cards.

it works pretty well. although im trying to decide whether the bumpbone.fx or w/e is better or worse than this one, your .fx is very good, ill prob end up having a mix of oth in my game (depending on what mood i want to set)

Thanks for the great addition to FPSC.

ps Bond, are you planning on releasing a pack with your other amazing zombie models? because id really hate to spend 21 $ on 5 zombies.even tho they are amazing.

Cheese Cake, that Bond's inspiration, I think that is from the Sinbad movie or something.

Yes! As I mention on my site, the cyclops from the movie "The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad" was the inspiration for the character.

I just love all those old creepy Harryhausen stop motion animations!

You pretty much ARE the Ray Harryhausen of TGC. Maybe you should do his Medusa, or saucers and aliens form "Earth Vs. the Flying saucers"
