FPSC Classic Product Chat / gray editor fpsc 1.13/1.14 problem

well ive installed 1.13 and i had the problem showing its free,i fixed it but the gray editor was there and test game button didnt work,so now i tried 1.14 to see if theres any difference or fixes but still the same problems,gray editor and no test game

does anyone have an idea how to fix it or whats causing it? i tried deleting dbo's,placing segments from scratch,loading maps,everytime same problems
