Remarks

1. DarkGDK: With music file .mid - dbSetMusicVolume(idMus, MusicVolume) does not work
2. DarkGDK: With my notebook - splash.jpg is bad, splash.png is good

3. MoleBox: d3dx9_35.dll in package does not work
4. MoleBox: shader metal.fx in package does not work
