Here is my attempt at a house.

Its not finished just wanted to know if i was headed in the right direction

Could use a sharpen, Maybe lower the saturation of the orange wood. The contrast of the stone could be up upped.

these textures will probably get changed just what i had on me at the time its more the model itself i want opinions on

Reminds me of the left4dead house.
Textures could do with a bit more detail and a little more colour coordination.

it actually doesnt look too bad! add another window to above the door (a bathroom i guess?)

Mesh is looking very nice! Maybe you could add some little details in the mesh itself.
Satelite dish, pipeline for the water coming from the roof etc.
And maybe add some dirt to the texture. Just a bit though.
But other than that. Its looking quite nice! Easy to use in almost any game.

well ive put in games in mind the house is elevated in case the game designer wants to put this building on a slope

and yeah i will put in drain pipes and such thanks for the reminder that will help lots. as for things like chairs and such i will make them seperate and people will be able to place them in there games where they want in the house

Looks like good progress to me. Some suggestions would be adding door and window frames to the house. In real life doors and windows aren't just straight cuts into walls, they have framing around them for aesthitcs.
