Hi, sorry for my english!
I have bought a bundle pack with fpscreator and 3d gamemaker, i still wait the software via postamail, but i read on the fpsc site when you buy the product they send you an instruction download mail with user and password to download the software you bought via ftp. They send me only the confirmation of order but any code.

i have sent a mail to gamecreator support but with no response.
please help

TGC receive an awful lot of emails, sometimes it may take a few days to get a reply. Although check your junk mail, it may have been put in there but accident, because you should have got an email with ftp instructions.
