The enitre Polycount forum community is an invaluable resource for learning 3d game modeling. There are industry professional artists from Epic, Id, Monolith, EA, you name it.

And it is an extremely friendly forum, even for total noobs, as long as you're open to honest criticism and show a willingness to learn. And you'll be learning from the best of the best.

Tell me about it! I've been crawling their their wiki and forums for days and my brain is about to explode! They are excellent people! I've been circling their IRC channel for a week and getting to know everyone. They are indeed very nice people and very helpful.

I'm currently trying to contact the website owner so I can ask him if I can redo and possibly keep up to date the front page.
