Banging my head as to why FPSC slows to 7 fps when I approach a 2-4 story building? Any ideas. The level is really simple. I even created another one from scratch and the same occured.

Get a better computer, yours obviously can't handle that much stuff.

Are there any characters, lots of entities or anything also involved? If what im guessing is correct you are outside, FPSC is well known for 'disagreeing' with outside areas, normally causing large drops in fps such as this.

Thank you,
Svothe

P4 2.8E, 3gb ram, tons of drive space, win2k, 256mb x800xt ati card. latest direct x. There are walls with sky open above exterior scene. Yes it is the default sky. Thanks for the feedback.

In addition, the game level only exists, no entities at all. I do have lots of lights with no overlapping light extents.
