im working on a game (The Paranormal) and i really need a little girl model. the model needs to be a character but it only needs an idle animation and a walking animation. if you want me to be specific i would like her to hve pale skin, blonde hair, and possibly a blue dress. im willing to pay because obviously im not expecting to get this free. but before anyone starts to make it i would like to kno how much they would charge. because i do hve a price range im going for.

(and since this is a horror game i want her to be somewhat creepy looking)

I knwo you are rather new and are new to how things work around here but a character model takes a long time to make. You have to model, texture, animate and get it into FPSC it will cost allot for this

Also you need to realise that requests on the FPSC boards are banned so you have just broken the rules as well but maybe you will get lucky

OOH! F.E.A.R! Are you talking about Alma? Creepy little girl, sorry I can't help you though. The closest I got to a ghost in FPSC was to put an unarmed enemy, and set the main script to disappear.fpi, and so when it sees the player it disappears.

My PC specs: 3.0GHZ Pentium Core Duo Processor, NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT with 512MB, 4GB RAM, 500GB Hard Drive

shg, i can TRY to make a model for you. i could probably texture it and i could TRY animating it. i wouldnt charge anything. also if i cant animate it (i have never animated before) maybe you could have someone else animate it which would cost less than someone doing a whole model/uvmap/texture/animation. if you want me to try it, just post a message here.

I'd use Henry's very generous character mesh, shrink it down and alter it to give it hair you're looking for. That's half the hard work done. Then texture it, which I'm crap at, animate it and done. Well, one step finished.

And because it get's on my nerves the whole little girl ghost thing is not just FEAR based. It's been a steeple in horror movies and games for years. The Shining (Stephen King)for one used little twin girls with creep monotone accent. The Ring? Yeah FEAR stole the hell out of the little girl ghost from The Ring. They even look the same. But those are just movies. Let's go with games shall we?

We have Silent Hill and their Little creepy girl ghost all burnt and everything, then we also have Fatal Frame for the PS2 and the rest of those series. Clive Barkers Undying as well. So don't take the piss just because someone has an idea that others have had in the past, the sheer fact of the matter is that there are no more Origonal plots left. How many of us have made zombie games? Who shouted Resident Evil or Left4Dead at you then? Leave the man alone.


Sorry for that rant but Plot Association kills the creative process and I'm really tired of seeing people make useless comments like that. Shooting someones idea down just because it resembles something from another game.

i hope you dont take this personally. the model does look like a girl, but im looking for a model thts a little more professionally done. im sure you are an excellent modeler but sketchup isnt made to make people. i hve the program myself and hve tried to make people and they dont usally turn out right. i really appreciate the work you put into it but i dont think it would look right once textured and in game. im sorry but i dont really think i could use this.
