Well, I made this a while ago and was gonna animate it and all but I switched over to 3DS MAX and was too busy to continue.

The hands, my first decent try at organic modeling;

Comments please.

Pretty cool, the pistol kinda reminds me of halo. The hands are very good, a little blocky and fat in some areas, but WAY better than I could do for anther 2-5 years.

I used to be GERM, but I got a NaMe ChaNgE.

The hands would be great for a cartoon game.

Well, It looks nice, Not to blocky.
Theres just something stray about the finger sizes and the way the thumb extrudes from the hand. Take a look at your own hand and you can see that your thumb doesn't rip out like that

I realize the person above said it wasn't too blocky, but to me the gun is simply too simple and blocky.
And that hand looks sort of strange, the thumb seems to be out of place and there's some strange geometry going on by the start of the fingers.
Here's a picture of a hand I made a while back, should show you how to do the geometry. And I do realize that it seems pretty smug of me to tell you to correct yourself from my work but it's the only hand picture I have. And it obviously isn't perfect, there are a few non-planar faces and such but again, it's the only image I have at the moment.

I meant that the hand wasn't to blocky, I wasn't talking about the gun. His anatomy/geometry may seem strange but possibly because the hands are gloved.

Well that doesn't explain why the thumb is seemingly sticking out directly from the side of the hand.

Not bad thumb is a bit weird and the texture is bad but otherwise it is good and love the gun model that looks great

I've already mentioned about the thumb in my first post in this thread. Didn't you read through the posts??

Usually yes, today no. All I did was look at the model and comment this time, had some things to do when I read it.
