Impossible to to answer. Need input. Especially the version of FPSC and any MOD's you're using. Your computer specs, such as video card may also be helpful.

Best.

Now I realize that you're talking about the old "zombie of hl2 made by bond" and remember that your initial problem is probably the shader issue.

As for the texture, I'd have to guess that it's not in the right location or misnamed?

Best.

I can't find it anymore, and I don't seem to have the model either, so I can't check it, but I seem to remember that a lot of the early models had problems with shaders.

Sorry I can't tell you more.

Best.

hey red eye just use the fastbone shader i know what you mean some shaders just dont work right with trigger zone i have to do alot of test with my game and test shader with other characters. also use fpsc v114 i use that cause i feel every time one problem get fix in fpsc in the new version than what was not a problem in the old version become a problem in the new version. so im going to stick with v114. so I hope this helps you out. fastbone will work with or without trigger zone.

if you dont have it i can give it to. oh ya i forgot to say some characters can not show without a shader. they will be a back shadow not there at all. i have been on this program for a year and seen its ups and downs. most bugs you can avoid by testing. right now Im testing shader to see what works. making a game is a lot of work when it come to bugs. i hope this solve the problem.
