Hi,

I want to make a free game with Dark GDK (not open source).
Can I give away my game without the commercial license?

Thank

Yes - the commercial license is only for when any money is involved.

Quick question, if one were to buy the unrestricted license, could I make a game maker with it? Like another realm crafter clone, rpg maker, or something to the sort? If not could I make a game with an included level editor etc?

@ Oneka: No. By no means is it "unrestricted".
@ yveslm: Yes.

jezza it says on the order page exactly this,
Quote: "An un-restricted royalty-free license to sell whatever you make"

I remember reading once that you could not make a game maker with it, but now it says un-restricted so I dont know which to believe or the concrete rules as I cant find a place to read them for commercial license, only the non-commercial one.
