Our last model split the pack right down the middle so i made sure i familiarised myself with the rules so heres a normal pack we are working on download available later today:

Secret Weapons of World War 2 ScreenShot of pack contents ( minus the textures) below

-Based upon the popular tv documentary series 'Secret Weapons of World War 2' we went ahead and did a bit of creative thinking as to unusual weapons that may have been available in some alternate reality of our timeline and put together this pack for all your 'alternative reality WW2 needs'

Pack will comprise:
-2 basic tank variations
-tesla tank
-transport truck (generic)
-flatbed transport truck
-v2 truck
-tesla truck
-wheeled spike contraption? (no name for this yet, suggestions appreciated)
- and as a bonus entity! a killer clown! (if i can work out how to set up entity skeletons to follow the fpsc anim commands >.<

What do people think?

Dude ive been modelling for 3 days lol so you can probably model better, they are all made just fiddling with boxes and cylinders, i havent got a clue really, as for the tracks in milkshape there are a selection of 'primitives' built in ready made shapes, i just selected a 'c' shape and stretched it, squashed some cylinders flat and rotated them into the stretched 'c' for the tracks

just sort of bodged it lol, then to reduce the poly count i scale down the mesh using milkshapes direct x mesh tool

hope that helps, im still learning myself

@x10 user there was a secret U.S. progom called bats in the bellfree, they strapped incendiery devices to bats and released them when they landed they started fires, just something to think about.

yes i recall that, and the japanese altitude ballons which floated ovwer through the jet stream and dropped incendiaries as well, there were quite a few insane inventions, pigeon guided missiles, aircraft carriers made of ice... its fascinating!

OMG how many polys do they have looks like tonnes to me. Seriously if you put those in FPSC they would slow it down allot can we have a poly count for each model and a wire frame view so that we can actually tell hwo they are made and if they would be any good at all in FPSC

But they look ok so far if you wanted them high poly

Actually Heltor, a dentist (yes a DENTIST) came up with the idea of sewing incendiary devices to the bellies' of bats, and then releasing them over Japanese cities during the day. The bats would seek shelter underneath the lips of china's multi-stacked roofs, and after a pre-determined timer went off, the incendiaries would explode killing the bats and burning the buildings. All tests with the bats went perfectly, but they were never actually used during the war. The atom bomb had just been detonated in New Mexico, and the bats were scrapped.

Did i not mention i had the poly count in hand? The highest so far is 4000 and thats on the tesla tank, and im shaving bits off constantly, if you dont want to use them, dont.

As for the poly count you'll have to wait, after everyone blew my last post out of proportion im in no rush to play benefactor at the moment.

the trucks are around 200-500 polys each with the tesla being just a tad over 1000 according to what i can remember from the dx mesh tool in milkshape

and bendaki, i seem to recall watching that same show, i just wanted to bring something unusual in, a different twist on the media available while i try to get used to working milkshape, please tell me and il keep the rest to myself in future
