Dark GDK / Need help creating library

I would like to know how would i create my (static?) library lets say from 2(later maybe more than 2)cpp files and one header how would i do that what should i write in header and in cpp for it to work. how should i use my library in projects.

BTW source files (cpp) should only contin functions (no classes!)
