Am I a spoon?

I recall, possibly more than a year ago, a rumour that DarkGDK.Net would become a free download like DarkGDK currently is. If it is then that's great but where is it? If it's not, then why the hell not when DarkGDK for C++ anoraks is free?

Because DarkGDK.net uses an OOP interface, which TGC has worked hard on, and is good enough to cost money

Perhaps the development team is tied up with bug fixes and trying to get Microsoft to feature DarkGDK.NET with the C# page...? I was kind of curious myself, but $30 was more than reasonable for a commercial license so I bought it
