I recommended in another thread that you try "Translating" some DarkBasic Pro projects (Tons of tutorials in DarkBasic Pro) and try to get the syntax converted to C++

This will help you with three things:

1 - recognizing Dark Basic/ DarkGDK command names

2 - improve your C++ skills while you translate "basic" code to C++

3 - understand what is involved and how other people go about writing graphics programs... e.g.: small games

I've been unusually busy - like crazy - so lately I'm pressed for time more than usual or I'd chat longer.
