...yep. It hasn't even been animated, either.

Sadly, there is no animated model contained in the .rar file.

@RIP: This is not the right attitude. First you have to ask permission to distrubute some one else his model (no matter if it is animated or not) you have to ASK PERMISSION.

Another thing, maybe you have it animated.(3ds file or mtl file or obj file) But your fpe isnt right. And another thing, you should first tested it yourself and then post it here, with as title, ANIMATED ALMA from FEAR.

And this model we cant use in Comercial Games as it is a sort of copy of FEAR. It is copyrighted. Correct me if I am wrong...

Actually we can use it. FEAR cannot not copy right the idea of a scary girl. Unless we ripped it straight from the game, I dont think they can do anything.

Ronald McDonald is copyright of McDonalds, even if you make a similiar clown with red hair and yellow costume etc and then called him Ronaldinio its still McDonals property, why would FEAR let you use Alma?

No it's not, they didn't trade mark a clown and the name Ronaldinio. The only trade marked their clown and Ronald McDonald. Haven't you even gone to a dollar store and seen a cheap rip off of a toy, for a fraction of the cost. As long as they don't use the same name, or if it is patent, then they can make whatever they like.

RIP, this is not your model, and it seems neither is it animated. Taking other peoples models and passing them as your own is stealing and is a banning offence.
