Don't get offended because you posted an ambiguous question and someone misinterpreted it. Treat your subject posts and your messages separate, and don't reference the subject line in your post, otherwise this could happen.
Since models is more closely related to darkMatter than charactershop, the simplest reason that the models wouldn't be in the very descriptive location "there" is that there is a problem with darkMatter. Since in your post you mention a demo, and you weren't clear as to which item you have the demo of, it could reasonably be interpreted as you have the demo to DarkMatter and you can't find the models.
Now, was Smart Guy a little condescending in his post? Yes. But still, as TheComet said
