When you're typing up the enum command (or starting anywhere, for that matter), should you know everything you're going to code?

And when starting a command like ~void gameSetup (void)~, can I just make up names, since I'm defining what's goin on in that command?

functions can be called whatever you want, if thats what you're asking.
I'm not sure what your first question means, but before I start coding, I think about what functions and classes I have and write out prototypes. That doesn't mean I don't add to them later though.
