It is possible to have a water tank in a higer level without flooding the lower one.

An example will be a swimming pool in the ceiling of a building.

No the water is actually a plain thus it spans the entire level

Yeah this is one of my big problems I have with FPSC X10. I would love it if you could just change the water level in every room.

can we make a model, with a shader, and simulating through script the effect of the water and the physics of it?
