Can you guys please describe the work flow?

example:

"1. Model and setup UVs and texture in the 3d application (I'm using Maya)

2. import the .x file to fpsc by using entity maker and move the texture to the texturebank folder and map the texture to the model in the .fpe file."

The question is, wouldn't you be re-texturing it? I just want to be sure if I setup UVs for my model I created in Maya and imported to .X file, and re-texture in entity creator. I've already tried it this way and it doesn't work.

Can someone please explain the process if you are creating a custom entity?

model it, texture it, put the model and texture in the correct folder, make the entity, simple
