Dark GDK / please help cause my static object crashes my program...

...yet when I load it as an object it works fine. On DBPro I can get both loaded up.

The spelling and syntex seems to be right and darkGDK recognises the command but when I compile the level the program ends with a problem. Anyone no how to solve this? Thanks.
