Hi guys,

As my 3D skills start (and abruptly end) with a textured cube, I really need someone who's a master of the polygons to help me out with some design work.

The work involved is the creation of a few models based around some old-skool arcade games (think Defender era), so some 3D versions of classic pixel sprites, and also a nicely detailed arcade machine and logo modification. There are a few other small bits as well, but I can discuss further when you get in touch. The models WILL need to be textured.

This is a paid gig. I don't have a massive budget, but enough to put a few hundred dollars in the right persons pocket.

If you're interested please drop me a line: rdavey@gmail.com and either link me to a portfolio of your work, or attach images. Just want to add that these models are for static display, not in-game, so I'm looking for detail and visual flourishes/fx over optimisations.

Cheers,

Rich

Davey: I'd like a little more information on the project and things required of me as a whole before i decide to take it up. I have other things going on and i would like to know if its just a weeks worth of work or longer.
If you could email me at my aol account with a few more details and the scope of the models i would be happy to send you work samples to back up my claims.

I'll finish them whenever i can be bothered.
