Hi, I purchased software, and have yet to get s single email from your company.

Is there a reason why you would fail to send me and activation code and download link, like your site says you will?

Also, this is business day 2, and still no reply from your company. I verified with world pay that the payment was sucessful. I need an aswer. Your support linl has 17 in Que, and not one response to any of the que in 4 hours. What kind of show are you running anyways?
