Lookin good, its hard to C&C a fictional creature but ill do my best.
Widen out the thighs, his legs are spread to far apart, thats the only big thing i noticed, if you have any ref pics itd be helpful to c um, but if its your creation, nice imagination

Yeah this isnt from a ref pic really, but ive moved the legs in and widened the thighs like you said. Thanks for the c&c,

EDIT: Does the 'relax' 'Modifier subdivide' like 'turbo smooth' and meshsmooth or is 'relax' okay to use ? Thanks.

EDIT2: Added some armor i'll post images later

I just lost all my stuff because i got a new pc (forgot to back up) Soo im starting again but this is the plan and what i got so far. See attached :
