How we can make the bullets effect on the wall in FPS example?

You can draw in a texture using Sephnroth's Image extension

However, you'll have to search somewhere else in the forum to find which are the right coordinates after a bullet hit, or develop it yourself.

Like Alex said, download Sparky's dll, and view the SIMPLE ray cast. Should give you a rough understanding of how it works. And instead of an untextured pane, texture the pane with the bullet image and set the pane to transparent.
