execute file
file exist

are the commands you want, then all you have to do is set the directory with the file in it, check it exists, and then execute it (if it does), cheers.

No i ment the D drive(is that the one for the cd rom???)

D: MAY be the cd drive, on some of my machines it was the second hard drive, on other machines the CD may be Z if the program is in the root of the cd directory then you need to do "perform checklist for drives", to find what drives are on the machine, then you have to do a set dir to each drives root (use the result from the checklist) then do a file exist to see if that drive has your program, and if it hasn`t then set the dir to the next drive on the list, once you find the file then execute it, if you don`t find a file on the connected drives then the CD hasn`t been inserted, so go and run a Zbox animation and while it is running keep an eye on the drives untill someone puts a cd in that has a program, so all legal Zbox programs could have a file called Zbox_title that gives the name of the exe, so you could put other disks in and they wouldn`t run since they wouldn`t have the Zbox id file, ok?
