Hi, sorry for my bad english, i'm french.

I made a mod for FPS Creator, Hellgaroth mod, but i just need to know how to make a bloom effect, i have test this code :


But it doesn't work.
I have test already multiple solution for this, but dont work too.

1) False Board, Dark Basic Questions don't belong to the Fps Creator Sections...

2) Bloom is no Object Shader, it is a Fullscreen Shader which needs an additional camera etc.

I believe Evolved has a Bloom Demo on his website...

I suggest you learn a bit of DarkBASIC and how it implements shaders before you decide to modify the FPSC source.

A heads up... Evolved's Bloom shader is applied to an object... about 2-3 of them to be exact. To get it to work, you'll need to know a bit about the FOV of a camera.


Really, though, go download the Ultimate Shader pack and open up his example program for it. That should give you a nice basis to start from.
