If anyone uses blender, could they mention some tutorials or make some that shows how to make GOOD 3D effects? (Such as a 3d fire, smoke, water, and all that - especially ***if you've ever played a game that shows you in a 3D percpective*** a good blast, like the blast from shooting, except in 3D? If this sounds confusing, than I'm not surprised, if it doesn't, then I'm really amazed.

Look it up on the blender wiki page. Scroll down to "Effects and Physical Simulation," it's got categories for particles and fluid simulation, which is what you're looking for. Blender.org also has a tutorial page, but I don't know how much it has on particles. I would also recommend visiting the BlenderArtists forum for more specific tutorials and help, though there are several forums out there devoted to Blender.
