I doubt someone made a tetris specific tutorial so just try looking for multiple tutorials to cover all aspects of the game then combine them. You will probably learn more this way too.

There are a few good tetris tutorials around on internet for c++
Try using a search engine like altavista.com or others.
I found a few nice articles on there hope this helps.
