Why when I compile my game using FPSC, that I PAID for, why does it freeze when I compile?

Try re-installing FPSC?
And make sure you're not running anything that is using a lot of the processor as that would slow down and possibly freeze the build.

Could it be that I installed it on G drive instead of C drive?

@Mugen Wizardry: I encountered this so called "problem" when I first used FPSC. Make sure you have selected the level you wish to compile first, then on the "compile game" screen, Make sure you input a correct file name, remembering in include the ".exe" at the end of it. Select your output path, and your all done.

Hope that helps

This happens when you try and build a map without saving it first. Also you need to update the map reference in your build game settings after saving and ensure you use a unique name for the executable before hitting the build game button.

The bug can also occur if you update a map you have loaded and either don't overwrite it before building or overwrite it but dont update the map reference in build game settings or change the executable file name.

I've found this to be less of an issue with recent updates but to be on the save side always save your maps with a unique filename rather than overwriting when your working on them as maps have been known to corrupt although rare.

Make sure your using the latest official update v114.
