you place a soundzone, choose between soundinzone.fpi or soundloopinzone.fpi which plays the sound once or looped and in the sound property field you give the path to your sound. If the sound should play in your whole level, you better edit the global script under "build game".

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.

... You place it, then select it's properties on either loop or no loop, and select the sound.

I had that problem once before but with a lightbulb. I'd add a trigger zone instead.

Do you have the full "Official" copy of FPSC? Some properties may be missing from the evalution version??

See attached as to how it should be, you could take both screenies and put it on the bug report forums.

Its not that you cant find it, its just not there!

If you try and re-install, it may work. But even then, you're wasting your time, because sound zones don't currently work, they don't play sounds.
Instead, I use trigger zones, but just change the sound property.

Best,
Shiv

Do you mean your FPSC does not work, mine works just fine with sound zones, both in the test and after game build!

Either sound zone or trigger will give you the same effect as long as the correct main script is used, but if it is not displaying the options to add the sound file it makes no difference which is used.

A re-install may fix it, but then again it may not, so if it doesnt, you need to escalate to the bug formum.
