Dark GDK / sync rate not > 60??

If I put a value bigger than 60 in dbSyncRate(), it always shows 60 fps in the main loop. Tried it with some Sample-programs and I dont get it. dbSyncRate(10) works how it should, but if I put 0 or 70 in, it's always 60.

im pretty sure that the max is 60 so anything higher than that will just go to 60. also with the 0, you cannot have 0 fps unless your computer is off

It's syncing to your card's refresh rate. If you have the November update of Dark GDK try setting your display mode with the function

dbSetDisplayModeAntialias(bgWidth, bgHeight, pixelDepth, 0, 1, 0);

instead of the former function for this purpose. This should stop it from using your display's sync rate.
