I tried looking at it in Notepad++ and it gave me too many NULL's (ASCII = 0) to understand. It sounds interesting, what's this for?

I'm thinking that at least part of it would be header info.

honestly i got the initial idea from my dad bitching about how he couldnt find a program that would automatically make sortof a powerpoint style presentation using pics out of a folder, randomly oredring them, putting random effects blending the pics together (i know theres a betr word but i cant think of it), then outporting it into an AVI file

so i got to thinking and ive got a system worked out for everything xcept the AVI outport, and here i am on the forum

look up the open source media player and encoder mplayer. Look for the program mencoder. using it and DB, you could create what you describe.

Enjoy your day.
