Can somebody PLEASE help me? ive searched the forums and all the posts ive found regarding this problem were never answered... when i try to log into the game creators store, i get a message saying: Failed to send request: 12037
the store maybe down or you are unable to connect to it


this has been happening to me for days, preventing me from logging in. im really getting sick of it.

can somebody please help me???

i had a feeling nobody would answer me, points DO expire, and that isnt fair at all if you cant even log in to use them which you paid REAL money for

Ensure your firewall isn't blocking it. What antivrus/firewall do you have?

i have symantec antivirus

I've never used that one, but look for a list of programs in its control panel. You should be able to allow/disallow different programs. Ensure that FPSC and the TGC Store (not sure what the exe name is) are allowed.

i can't find any lists of sites or programs to allow or not, i tried disabling auto-protect, just to see if that worked, but i still get the same message when i try to login to the store
