I created a new bullethole.dds, in high-resolution: 2048x2048. I wanted the bullet holes to draw bigger decals, and that's why i changed the size from 512x512 to 2048x2048. Each cell now has 512x512 instead of 128x128. However, FPSC isn't accepting my modified file. It uses the old bullethole, like if i didn't modified the file at all.

What's going on?

Is there a .dds file in the directory with the newly edited bullethole image, with the same name? If so, move it to another folder for backup, or rename it. FPSC will check for .dds and use them if they are available.

No, the backup is in my desktop. Both bulletholes.dds and prebulletholes.dds are the edited ones. (no dbo files)

How can i create a bigger bullethole decal?

Also, what's the function of prebulletholes.dds? I found no reference for it in the source, and no documentation for it.

1-No way, the size is hard-coded. I too wish for more blood, but alas, we must wait.

2-It's just the bullet-holes before they were cut-out and had alphas added to them.
