No, I haven't purchased X10 yet, but if I can get an answer or two from you kind X10 fans, I'm ready.

I have messed around with the free version of X9 on my 'old' computer and was impressed. My 'old' computer is a home built
(6 yrs old) that is still viable for almost everything.

I found that I couldn't run MS Flight Sim 10 fully maxed out (memory) and Fallout 3 (a Christmas present) at all (graphics card and memory).

Being an 'old' fart, retired, and with money in the bank, I went looking for a 'new' computer.

This is what I purchased;

2.89gh quad processor
2 x Nvidia 9800GT 500m
8gig fast ram
500gig hard drive
SLI Enabled
Vista Home Premium 64

It seems to me that I read somewhere in the forums that FPSC X10 had some kind of problem with the 64 bit Vista OS. So, I thought I would ask before I spent my money.

I did d/l the 'oil rig' demo and it worked perfecto and looked great on my 36" display.

The difference between my 'new' and 'old' computers is like Me (smoked for 60 yrs.) running a foot race with a healthy 10 yr old!

He's asking if X10 has any issues with 64 bit Vista though...I don't have 64 bit Vista so I don't know for sure, but I don't think X10 has any problems with 64 bit Vista Pretty nice PC btw

It works for me and I use 64-bit. No noticeable problems.
