can someone give me a tutorial on how to use trigger zones as i need them for my game but don't really understand how they are scripted into FPI to perform a task

There are also really good video tutorials on the FPSC website, they might be a lot easier for you starting out to follow rather than the giude, although I keep a copy of the guide on me at all times!!
