Not with the standard FPS Creator, you might be able to with a mod though.

Making an online Co-Op in FPSC will be possible at such time dynamic entities and scripts can be used. Then you would want to limit the number of online players to 2 or 4.

So basically it would require an official update to multiplayer or a mod. Perfectly possible though.
