the stock mp40 has a upgrade with hands. just search.

as for the soldiers, just retexture their uniforms

How much are you paying? Don't expect this for free because it takes A LOT of work to make one character. And if you say it's not that hard, then I recommend you try it and find out for yourself.

Yeah, it's pretty difficult to create characters. After several hours I made a really poor excuse for a model. It was rigged and attacked, but it sucked.

Just practice, because you never should doubt old sayings.=D
