I've bought several products from TheGameCreators, including FPSC and some models for FPSC.
My question is this. Since i'm using actionscript 3.o and flash cs3 to develop web based games, can i use the models i bought, and that i might buy in my actionscript games? Will this be legal? i'll have to use them as images, not as 3d objects, but, can i use then?

For legal questions may be better if you get in touch directly with TGC. So you can have an official answer about licensing

In general, I'd say yes.

Most of the licensing (of media sold by TGC) more or less states you can use the media to make a game and in the process you can make any modifications needed in order to work with your game. That includes rendering to 2D images or whatever. You can also use the assets (at least the stock assets) for strictly 2D applications like advertising or whatever independent of any game project. Really the only restrictions are related to keeping people from repackaging the media into new media packs and selling them. In some cases you need to give credit.
