The home script makes a guy follow you. if this script was re-written to have the ally detect whether or not something in the room was running a script where it would shoot at the player, and turn and shoot at it?

if so, that'd be awesome. and it'd have a friendlys script

also, what do the 10's mean on the script name what would cover10.fpi change from cover.fpi

This could be scripted using variables...

No, I think it doesn't mean much at all... the scripts with 10's are written differently and are said to be better to use then the the one's without 10's.
