Hi,
Just wanted to know how NOT to make a black texture transparent. I've already tried to add a little blue to it. But still it is transparent. R 0 G 0 B0 = Transparent, R 4 G 1 B 15 = also Transparency???? I HAVE to make it look like black, plz help me. I cannot not using dds, i can using bmp, jpg, tga.
I DID search the forum but every where is just how to make it transparent.

Make your alpha layer white.

download gimp, then load your texture, go to layer/transparency/remove alpha channel then save it as tga 32 bit.

or just save it as tga 24 bit ( 24 bit does not support alpha channel)
