So, basically, I have a question:
Am I allowed to use models from http://md2.sitters-electronics.nl/in my games? I mean non-commerical games. Because they say their models are meant for use in games, so I think I am allowed, but I still ask for permission, if it isn't so.

My blood pack will have 500 blood overlays some day! I hope...

If the model artist says they cant be used in games then im sorry but you cant use them he has every right to refuse use of his media in commercial and non-commercial games.

I'd ask for permission first, even though he says they are free for any use.

EDIT2:
I sent them email.

I tried getting permission to use the JDoom assets in FPSC but the site owners email address doesn't work.

It's a great way to get good custom media into FPSC where possible though.

I'm only going to use their model pack where is dead bodies hanging from the roof, and the skeletons that are in one of their map.
I also will edit their models and textures for my games, so there's no problems I think.

Hmm, I have another question: Am I allowed to make a sign with zombie Uncle Sam and text "I want your tasty brains"? I made that sort of pic and it would be nice to use it in a FPSC game lol.
I ask because I do'nt know if Uncle Sam's copyrighted.

So... is someone going to answer the question about Uncle Sam's copyright? I would make different versions of it, and release them with the sign pack I'm making. If I'm allowed to do that.

Post a pic of it so we could judge, I guess he is more or less copyrighted, but lets say you make a clown McDonalds cant sue you for that.

Well. I mean the Uncle Sam poster found from google image search. The first one found from there. I would make different versions of it, like zombie, and others.

Well of course you have to care about copyrights. Anything of a dubious nature wont be allowed at these forums.
