Nice model Henry. I like how clean the loops are. Will be nice to see him rigged and posed. I'd also like to see a back shot if you have one? I always wonder how people approach a low polygon bum

Looks pretty clean, but you have no deltoid definition on him, which would make it very hard for him to lift/wave his hand.
EDIT: You also seem to be doing the crotch a bit strange, you have four edges there and I'd suggest just having two, so when you're making the crotch area you just select the two inner edges to extrude and then attach the leg there.

Alucard, where did you learn all of this muscle stuff from? You seem to have a good amount of experience there. This is yet another reason I stick more to environmental work than character. Just too much to keep in mind! Muscles... who needs them really?

Haha, I've spent more money than I really should have on dvd's on both anatomy and general character modeling. And since I don't listen to music while I work but listen to tutorial dvd's when I work a lot of the stuff sticks. And people from this forum also have taught me a bit about it.

Good stuff. I should really pic up a few anatomy books. Sounds like another summer project

Anyway Henry, brilliant stuff.

Goodnight, 6:22 a.m. here. I love sleeping in on the weekends

Looking good Henry.

My only crit at the moment would be the texture. Photo textures lack a lot of character and seem 'pasted' on. Have you got a tablet? If so, have a go drawing the textures.

I think texture work is an often unappreciated part of making a sweet model.

The topology and feel of the model is great though!

Looks good, I like the stitching of photos that you did, but as greenlig said, it rather lacks in detail, reasons for this can be that the photos aren't too high res (Which in your cases they are) or sort of desaturated/lacking specific color and the fact that usually when stitching photos together the photos have different lighting on them which makes the texture really strange and non-realistic.
