Looking good, I'm glad my tutorial is helping you. It will be updated tonight with the rest of the modeling, sorry about the wait.

Crits:
-flatten the foot, and weld the inside verts to create a 4 sided face on the front of the foot.
-adding the forearm and calf faces will help define the model. It also helps build the foot and hand.
