I couldnt stop noticing that the faces in the wehrmacht and SS soldiers are very good and they dont sound like real pics they sound like CG.

would anyonyboyd happen to know with what software they were genrated?

They were either painted by hand or its a photograph that's been tweaked. Any software other than paint can do that, provided you have the skills necessary.
