Hey is their a program that will open .dds formats?I cant modify the
stock textures cause i cant open them.Irfan view has .DDS but it doesnt let me open the textures!!! what can i use?! any help would
be nice!

irfanview with plugins,its free and can open textures but you cant save back to dds so you need a converter to dds or you change the fpi/fpe to a new tga or jpg file
