I can't belive that I still don't know how this is done, but when I use load object command, how I duplicate that object? I'm making bullet casing for my gun to fly out when shot, so I found clone object, instance object and make mesh from object -> make object and figuring out what would suit best for bullet casings.

Instance is the way to go if the objects are all identical.

What way identical? I have found out that when making multiple static objects, trees for example, instance is best way to go. But how about this bullet casing? They all have physics, same settings, texture and model.

But where is the line to step up for clone object? Different textures? Same model and textures, different settings, different animation data or something else?

Instances share everything but position, rotation, scale and possibly transparency, I believe. Copies can be completely independent of one another.
